We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is ideal, just off the main promenade at the Beachy Head end and very close to the seafront, making the location perfect. The service was top-notch, with the owner being absolutely lovely and making us feel incredibly welcome. She provided advice and extra attention while also giving us privacy when needed. The room amenities were great, with free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a television. The dining experience was wonderful, especially the breakfast which was freshly cooked to order and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and inviting. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great breakfast options with fresh fruit, tea/coffee facilities, and daily replenished biscuits. Convenient location within walking distance to the train station and close to good restaurants. The hosts were accommodating to my early check-in request.
The room could have been more soundproof as I could hear the noise from the street. Limited toiletries available in the room.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, only minutes away from the seafront and the town center. it offers free on-street parking, which is a big advantage. All the rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. the beds are super comfortable, and the pillows ensure a good night's sleep. the breakfast offers a great selection of hot food, with fresh fruit and cereals. the hosts are very friendly, and nothing seems too much trouble for them.
While the hotel provides a great selection of tea in the rooms, some guests would appreciate a more varied choice of fruit tea selections.
